and you should make a switchback exactly where it's super uncomfortable. Grrrrr, horrible idea  \ud83d\ude05.<\/p><p>In this 1-day ski touring course, we will focus on the optimal movement sequence for switchbacks. This course is aimed at beginners (so that you don't get into the wrong habit straight away) and advanced skiers (to iron out the movements that are often incorrectly practiced).<\/p><p>The day begins with a detailed movement analysis and instructions on how an ideal switchback works.
