The first hour of our ascent leads us along a forest path to the Isse-Alm. There, the wonderful ski touring area of the Wildlahner valley begins. In a constant alternation of steep and flat passages, we head for the Höllscharte. There, the skis are deposited.
Now the ascent leads us further over the exposed ridge to the summit cross of the Kleiner Kaserer at an altitude of 3093 m. Depending on the conditions, we may need crampons for this section. After an extensive break at the summit we go back again. The descent along the ridge and the ride over wonderful ski terrain is done in the area of the ascent route.
The meeting point for this tour is in the village center of St. Jodok.
