The Wipptal valley is well known for its various ski touring opportunities. The options range from a simple 800m ski tour in an unused ski area (with a prepared downhill track) to a 2000m long alpine ski tour up on the Olperer.
In the program "Wipptal Skitour Classics" every day a wonderful tour awaits us in one of the side valleys: Navistal, Gschnitztal, Obernbergtal, Schmirntal or Valsertal. The principles are:
